THE HOUSE |

Ca la Florinda is a holiday cottage of the beginnings of the 19th century, situated in the center of Bellvei del Penedès, in the region of the Baix Penedès (Tarragona). Totally restored and well equipped, there is also a central heating and air conditioning available. The house consists of three floors:
- On the ground floor, we can find the wine cellar of the old days, now turned into a country museum and a cistern; the reception desk, a leisure room, the TV room, a rest room, a storage and a garage.
- On the first floor, there ist the kitchen combined with a dining-room, a terrace, two double rooms and a quadruple room.
- On the second floor, we can find the solarium, two double rooms, one of them with direct access to the solarium, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the village and its surroundings.

In the leisure room, there are two computers with Internet access available, a library etc. Additionally, in a display cabinet works of local workshops and societies and general information about local festivities and activities are exhibited. This room is an ideal place to read a book, play cards or just talk with friends to prepare the stay together. |

In the TV room, a TV with a flat screen, a video and a DVD are available. |

All the rooms have views to the exterior, a bathroom with shower and hair dryer, telephone line with the possibility of Internet connection, TV, central heating, air conditioning, door opening system by means of individual cards. We have tried to adapt the old structure of the building to the modern services which are offered
The decoration and the furniture of each room has been chosen to provide a warm, quiet and personalized atmosphere. |
Each room is named after a vine variety of the Penedès area. Therefore, we can find: |
- Room 1, Xarel·lo, is situated in the highest part of the house, on the second floor. It is a matrimonial room, where a further bed can be added. There are big windows which have direct access to the solarium. Xarel·lo is an ideal place to rest quiet, to enjoy the panoramic view of the village and its surroundings. It is also a privileged place to take a sunbath or to gaze at the stars.

Room 2, Macabeu, can be found on the second floor. In the old days, it was the dovecot of the house. Today, it is a double room, especially romantic due to its blue color, and very welcoming. It has direct acces to the solarium with views to the terrace. |

- Room 3, Parellada, is situated on the first floor and is a very bright double room with the possibility of adding a further bed. The balcony provides views to the most centric street of the village where you con observe the everyday life of a small town.

- Room 4, Ull de llebre, is situated in the heart of the house on the first floor. It is a quadruple room with much space, a matrimonial bed and a further bed for two people. A balcony is available with views to the street. Ull de llebre is decorated in pastel tones which transmit peace and harmony

- Room 5, Moscatell, can be found on the first floor. It is a room with a very friendly atmosphere which has direct access to the terrace. From inside the room you can hear, see, and enjoy the sound of the water of the small fountain, situated on the terrace.

The kitchen-dining-room is a very modern room, equipped for 15 people. The following items are available: microwave, coffee-machine, oven, glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher. The room has direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy a nice meal outdoors. |

The breakfast at CA LA FLORINDA can’t be forgotten easily, as we devote a quite big attention to this meal of the day. You can as well taste a traditional breakfast based on local sausages, country bread, marmalades, fruits, house wine and products of the local bakery as a breakfast based on cereals and yoghurts. |

The terrace is situated on the first floor. There are tables and chairs available for outdoor lunches and dinners. Decorated with a special flair where the fountain attracts one’s attention. |
The solarium is The solarium is situated in the highest part of the house where deckchairs are available, so that you can rest quiet, taking a sunbath, reading a book or enjoying a glass of champagne
